Using a Code61 in PT 2020.11 and the last 5 issues with no problems. Are you on a Mac or Windows? Mine is on Windows and if so, check that the keyboard driver is being recognized by the OS under the Devices section in the Control Panel. Also, you have to turn on the midi keyboard prior to launching Protools or the initial scan won't pick it up. At least in Windows. Then go to Preferences in Protools and make sure it's box is checked.
