Just want to let you know that I also am having no problems with AT 2.1.3 and PT's 5.1 on my 9600/200 (now has a NewerTech 466 CPU). I did a clean install of 9.0.4 from 8.6 (low level formatting before installing the new OS) and so far things are smooth as can be.
The key is to start anew with the internal drive and not install the new OS on top of the old one. It is very time consuming....I will probably lose all of this week to the full upgrade process, but it is worth it so far. Better losing a week, than trying to force the upgrade and having tons of needless problems that cause an even greater lack of productivity.
