I recommend Netstor. You can buy them direct from their US distributor in California for about $800. Three slots. I use two of them on my Mac Pro to add HDX3, USB 3.1, two SSD RAIDs, and an AJA video card.
Inexpensive, but very well made expansions. One of mine Even comes with four internal hot swappable SSD trays for the RAID.
