Hi,
i have bought MBox-Pro Tools 9 bundle and installed everything ... so it worked.
I got a "no cost upgrade to pro tools 10" email from Avid.
After i downloaded and activated, i got this message on Ilok
The license Pro Tools 10+9 Bundle [Avid] requires surrender of the following licenses.
License required for surrender
Product Company Last known iLok location
Pro Tools 9 Avid Not found on any known iLoks
1 licenses required for surrender appear to be missing. You must download the missing license or synchronize your iLoks before downloading the selected license(s).
Note that licenses that are part of a bundle may not be surrendered unless the bundle is surrendered.
my ilok is connected, what i have to do ?
