I've been stuck on 8.0 cs3, the move to 8.1 seems great, no probs at all.
I haven't even looked at plugin compatability.
Very disappointed not to get Heat, as I misunderstood the claim that " there is a free upgrade available to all existing 8.xxx owners". This of course refers to Protools 8.1, NOT heat
