Payment Problems to Upgrade ProTools. I canīt change payment options
Hello,
Iīm going to upgrade my ProTools Perpetual to ProTools Perpetual Studio, but when Iīm going to pay, it doesnīt work. I go to change the payment options in my account and the page gives me this message:
"We are unable to process your request at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
I need to upgrade because Iīm going to work in a 5.1 project, but I donīt know how. How can I change the payment method?
Please, can you help me?
