On Windows you can run Cubase and PT at the same time (depend on your CPU) but the Audio hardware setup, has to be diferent for each software...
Cubase and PT gona fight for Audio Hardware... So Try to do. I the time in Pro Tools, your config Audio Setup with 002R, and Cubase with some ASIO Driver, when you need to use 002R on Cubase change the setup on Pro Tools first , and set on Cubase...
