Default Problems with audio output from the S3 console

Hi you experts.
I hooked up my S3L-X at home today to do some preprod and config. I connected my studio monitors to the output 3 and 4 on the S3 console. The audio quality is like 8 bit or old shortwave radio. The XLR outputs gives me the same result. The headphone output is ok.

I’ve never had problems with this before, and I have often used output 3 and 4 on the S3 to feed monitors when I mix for broadcast or mobile recording. Anyone had this kind of problem? The outputs on the Engine and Stage 16 are also ok.

The S3 passes the System Test, also the loopback test.

The only thing I can think of, is that I connected a minijack to stereo-jack from my Mac to the output of the S3 instead of the input a couple of seconds until I found out it was wrong a couple of months ago. Is I possible that I could have damaged the outputs with this? Is it possible to do a complete factory reset of the S3?
