As an absolute novice I find this forum both welcoming and informative. It is with some trepidation that a newbie such as myself posts a request for advice, and each time I've posted there has been a worthy response, no matter how obvious the solution.
In everyday life, I suffer from an 'over-enthusiastic' nature that can be taken as irritating and up for much p***taking - which is fine! However, I do leave those social situations perplexed as to why people can't take you as you are.
