Hmmm, not a bad idea, but while waiting, I was able to download both the Getting Started guide and the full HD8 manual on pdf. Reading thru tells me to install all the hardware first, then the software. I spent last night installing and updating Leopard, quicktime, etc and tonight will install Pro Tools and test(if the iLok is in the mailbox today
