Post Licensing | Registration | Phone Lines - Closed Until Further Notice

As we continue to adjust our business in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily closing our Licensing, Registration and Entitlement phone line.

Instead, we are directing users to my.avid.com to create their cases online through the Support Center.

Our Global Customer Care team is doing amazing work responding to our customers. The increase in call volume is reaching the point where we need to temporarily shut down our Licensing, Registration and Entitlement (LRE) telephone queues in order to provide our teams with some much-needed time to respond to customers and resolve cases.

The Technical Support lines will remain open.

While itís a small inconvenience for some, ultimately we believe the overall customer experience will be improved through faster resolution of current cases and a more efficient approach to customer case management by our Care staff members.

Please know that our support processes and escalation paths remain fully operational, even with restricting LRE support needs to web-case intake.
