Everything is routed correctly - I've verified that signals are getting to the interface but they are not showing up in Pro Tools! I've tried the obvious enabling / disabling auto-input monitoring with no luck.
How do I enable input monitoring with this version of PT?

Are you using PT mode in the Apollo console s/w? Input monitoring in PT has nothing to do with this. You need to go out and back in on the same numbered signal pairs.
