Most common problem seems to involve Click 2. I had the same issues on 12.4 with El Capitan, it got worse on 12.5, then on 12.5.1 it seems to be better, although results throughout the forum seem to be mixed.

Do you have Click in the session? If so, try removing it and see if that helps.
