I think that people need to be a little more understanding? Once your on a call to them you will want to get your problems resolved without them being abrupt and wanting to get on with the next call.
I've been running a system for years and I think they're service mirrors their product......1st class.
No other company in this field has ever given me the quality of information as the uk team.
I'm in support of them!!
