I have uninstalled Pro Tools rebooted and re-installed. No change
I uninstalled the Ilok software as well as pro tools rebooted, re-installed pro tools. No change
I then installed Ilok the software, no change.
When I uninstall Pro Tools I'm doing it manually. I delete the app, then the pro tools folder inside Library/application support. I then delete preferences using PT Prefs
I looked for some way to uninstall this older ilok driver from the Pro Tools install that was mentioned earlier, but I can not figure out how this can be done. Avid has not replied to my support request either so for the time being I'm stuck.
I must be special
Any other tips or things to try?
I included a pic below that shows that the ilok manager sees the license but for some reason does not recognize it.
