One possibility may be to configure the view manually for existing tracks and plugins and automation lanes, then add a Window Configuration. Recalling the Window Config would reveal the desired automation lane.

The WC would save as part of a Session Template. Switching to a config, you could show automation lanes you want to see plus pop up any plugins you might want on another display, or whatever.

As far as "copy automation view to new track" - I am unsure of a quick way to do that.

You might also experiment with mix and edit track groups.
