I was hopeful when Time Shift was introduced, but it produced weird artifacts, particular on bass. It is also a pain to have to switch among the 12-different Time Shift algorithms depending on what type of track you are modifying, particularly when using in TC/E. That motivated me to purchase Pitch'n'Time and I have been very happy with it thus far. I have not tried X-form or Speed, both of which appear to be highly regarded.
