First: MCU was typo should read MCP.
I was wrong about this solution, it's another USB power/platform m+ problem.
PT 10 worked on another tablet that had only 1 USB port as well but that tablet probably provides more USB power. So, platform had the issue on Microsoft surface with hub but not Dell tablet with hub.
Platform seems to have issue/need with USB power even if correctly powered with it's power supply.
