That's your point of view DonaldR and I respect it.
Personnaly I bought Eleven Rack because for its tight integration with Pro Tools interface. When working on a project you switch between 6 to 10 edit windows for hours and hours and you need something really integrated. In addition, my racks units are 3 meters from the desk, so I should hardly consider investing in a new office roller chair
By the way I work in a 64bits environement and I would be more than happy to take advantage of it because I too often reach the limits of PT10.
