Yes, hopefully a reply soon as I need this for 2 sessions I’m doing this weekend and can’t load the trial up either which was due to expire on 4th April 2021 and really need the playlists feature of Pro Tools. I read a Facebook post about the issue to and someone said it was resolved by a customer support team member. It’s just missing from my account it seems despite being activated.
