My son's Macbook had to go back to the factory for repair. I took it to the Apple store and it came back within a week. Apple service is very fast. They'll probably just replace everything if they can't figure the problem out.
Have you used an 002 before with your computer? My guess is you'll still wind up having problems if the problem is with your mac.
