I am having this same problem...When I log into My iLok account is says my subscription is pending. I am desperately trying to work on a session today, have an artist here and cannot get ProTools 12.8.1 to run. Can anyone tell me if this subscription will update itself or do I need to specifically have someone at Avid to assist me.
This is my first time on this forum in a long time so apologies for possibly not posting correctly...
