Are you using Pro Tools | First? If so, I think you should be able to save your project locally, but you'd have to turn off "Backup to cloud": https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...ro-Tools-First
If you have full Pro Tools, you must be using iLok Cloud? If that is the case, move your license to a physical iLok.
