I am having similar issue with adding contacts.

To elaborate further - both my colleague and I are able to find each other via the "Find Talent" functionality, and have both initiated Contact Requests to each other.

The issue is that neither of us have received the contact request in our notifications or messages. Is there a delay associated with a contact request? My colleague joined the Avid Link platform Yesterday evening, but my account has been active well over a year.
