Curious as well what version you had installed at the time. Any chance you can share the exact dialog text or a screenshot? There was a change back in August 2017 which was noted in
Tech Alerts, in the
KB, and on iLok.com that required an iLok update, so can look into this to see if there was something similar for 2018 versions.
