Default Free update from PT9 to PT10 not appearing after registration
Hi,

I bought an Mbox mini + Pro Tools 9 (with free PT10 update). After registration, I'm just wondering why the free update from 9 to 10 isn't appearing in the available downloads section on the Avid website. My iLok is also only licensed to run version PT9.
