This is where the 003 drivers get downloaded from. Ever since PT9, the driver for the 003 must be downloaded and installed separately from the Pro Tools software(in the old M-Powered and LE versions, the driver was part of the PT installer).

Make sure you download for the controller and not the rack as the drivers are different.
