Problem connecting the Artist series?
This is what I noticed during the last week, due to some of my clients.
Androids phones, Samsung more than others, are not compatible with the Eucon software. So do yourself a favor, don't plug in your phone as a USB BEFORE opening your Artist controller.
I have seen the same thing happen with the iphone 3 and 4.
So open your artist controller, then plugin your phones if you must, but I wouldn't be surprise that it will still cause some conflicts for some.
