I’m using Ozone mastering software and when I tried to open it, I got the following error message:

THE AUDIO-SUITE PLUG-IN COULD NOT BE INSTANTIATED BECAUSE AN AAE ERROR WAS ENCOUNTERED.
AAE ERROR 20038 WAS ENCOUNTERED.

I have no idea what to do next, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
