Thanks to all of you guys. I am very confident and happy with all the feedback that I got from you all. Now I am ready to buy the AT4040 Mic which I saw at
www.mtlc.net for $319.99. I will have them match the $299.00 price from sweetwater.com, americanmusical.com and zzounds.com. The only reason I am buying it from them is because I have a store credit from the site which I can deduct from the Mic's total price.
