I have a spare HD9 which i'd like to sell on ebay or to a friend.. Can someone enlighten me on the rules for transferring licences so the new owner owns the licence as far as AVID is concerned and for the transfer of all details so downloads / updates appear in their account etc...

Can i just send the ilok asset via ilok.com or is there some process i have to follow ?
