I have my setup arranged this way: dual boot on 30Gb system drive, C partition 23Gb Win 98SE FAT32, D partition 7Gb Win XP Pro NTFS; I made the Win98 partition bigger because 98 is not able to see the NTFS, so I could store files in it that both OSs could acces. My audio drive is FAT32; with this arrangement I have 0 problems and I haven't experienced the fragmentation issue mentioned above.
