No longer have access to original Avid account email
Hello,
I realized yesterday that I have forgotten my password to my original Avid account. Unfortunately, I cannot reset the password because I no longer have access to the email I used to create the account. I bought Pro Tools 10 with an Mbox 3 and upgraded to PT 11 in 2014. I need access to my account so I can be assured that I can download what I need to in the future if I have to get a new computer. Please let me know how I can help you assist me in this matter.
