I am wondering this exact same thing. I installed the newer driver for Pro Tools 11 but it was having strange issues in PT 10 so I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the old one. Issues are gone but now my 003 won't work in PT11. More waiting...plugins and now this too. I'm sure PT11 will be amazing in 6 months!
