The borders themselves are moot, it's the fact that I can't drag and drop the edit page outside of the main pro tools window onto a separate display. Or that I can't click on the file menu if my resolution is too high. Not sure what you mean by audio quality, that has more to do with your project settings / converters than it does the feature set of the daw you use.
At the bare minimum I don't think these feedback suggestions would be a net negative to anyone.
