cmd+ctrl+grab = snap end of region to cursor
ctrl+grab = snap beginning of region to cursor
ctrl+shift+grab = snap sync point to cursor

The only "real" snap to previous region would be while editing in shuffle mode. Then, simply drag the region to the left.

Unless someone else knows otherwise?
