With the R16 turned on and connected to your system, open Windows Device Manager and make sure you see the R16 listed under Sound Devices. If it eith is not listed or has a red X next to it, then you are definitely having driver issues.

That's what I thought.
It did initially show there when it worked, but now I can't see the device under sound devices.

As I mentioned I was getting a LOT of latency when recording when it worked for the first time - I don't know if that has to do with anything?
