I was getting 6027 errors followed by PT crashing when bouncing to disk on one particular longish session with very few tracks... I'm still not sure what caused it, but turning all the RTAS plugs into TDM plugs and switching from auto to a real voice made the session workable for me.

This obviously isn't a real solution, but a workaround that you might try if you need to get some work done...
