Ok, glad to hear the update went well.
HDX fans will typically turn on after a few minutes. I am surprised to hear that Sync X is influencing fan activity. Have you run 2021.3 for any length of time without Sync X connected to see if fans stay off?
Regarding Output Sample Rate field, this is just a read-only field which shows the sample rate being output by Sync X. Can you clarify what you mean by selecting all sample rates here?
