Default Purchased support for 80USD and haven't received anything

Hello, I have just purchased a product (Order ID is 7405033) which should enable me to transfer my Pro Tools HD Native system (HD I/O, HD Native card and my licence for Pro Tools Ultimate to the new owner. I have made a payment for a support that is mentioned in the transfer form (costs 80USD)and received nothing. Could you tell me what have I purchased because I didn't receive any ASC code nore nothing which would enable me to transfer my Pro Tools HD Native system to the new user. I have already prepared filled transfer form, but don't know where to send it. I also opened a support case where there has been no answer in tha last 5 days. Why does it all this have to be so confusing with AVID?
