Of course. I had gotten that far. But there are many different ways to do many different things to velocity in that dialog box.

I did find a way to do what I wanted to do, though it wasn't straightforward, it did what I needed it to do.

I did a combination of two things...

Under Options: "Add" is ticked off with a value of 1.

"Randomize" is checked off with a value of 3.

This slightly randomized everything while moving all velocities up a hair. I'd rather them not have moved at all from their mean velocity, but up 1 wasn't noticeable. Did the trick.
