Application Manager not showing downloads for license deposited into iLok account
Forgive me if this has been posted before. I ran through the old forums and couldn't find my answer.
I recently had a PT12 HD license deposited into my iLok account. I used the iLok License Manger and activated my license. After doing this I downloaded the Avid Application manager and signed into my account. This is when I noticed that there is no option to download PT12 under the Apps tab in the Avid Application Manager.
I have made sure that my iLok user ID is linked to my avid account, I have uninstalled the Avid Application Manager and reinstalled, and I have deactivated and reactivated my PT12 license in the iLok License Manager. None of this has worked.
Anyone else run into this issue, or have a solution?
