Thank you as always for helping and since we are set this might help someone else who is thinking about SSD's.
That was back in April and we have changed out ALL our drives on the Mac Pro with 840 Pro's and the retina have SSD 512 GB and 2 x 840 Pro' in an ext casing so dor us we are VERY happy and the two systems runs great
