Transfer of Ownership
Sooo...just bought a (barely) used 11R, all installed, up and running & sounding GREAT! Now I need to do the Transfer of Ownership so it's registered to me. I filled out the information on the web page, scanned the hardware transfer page & hit 'send' but the site keeps failing, says I'm not logged in although I am logged in (to my Avid account).
Any words from the wise?
