No. It's never been supported on Apple Silicon because there were no Apple Silicon native drivers written for this. And the first version of Pro Tools that defaulted to run on native silicon was 2023.3.
This stuff has been discussed a lot in the past on DUC, all this has been known clearly since the 2022.12 public beta... if you ran that in native silicon mode. So over a year ago. Is there any reason you could not just google and find the answer?
If you absolutely need this and can live with any performance hit, run it under Rosetta as already pointed out.
