HD Native to HDX upgrade

Im lost.

I paid for HD native card and HD/io ... $7k

I'm gonna assume I'm not forced to buy another interface just to upgrade to HDX if I choose too, so....

What exactly is my upgrade path...

In the wheel command drop down menu, there aren't the same options as in the video. Fewer options and not the proper ones.

I'm trying to figure out how to set the jog wheel to trim regions and slip audio inside of the region, similar to how its done in the euphonix/sound pure video on youtube.

I'm lovin HD native. Moved up from ptle and BLA 002. I always knew I had the power of an HD 3 rig, but having the software and new HDio made it a worthy investment for me.

Plus it's sooo future...

filmware 1.2.6 installed

open session, bank faders and.........

same as before.

Euphonix tech support emailed me back about this and they say it's a PT9 issue. How that slipped thru the cracks I have no clue. Hopefully they connect a mc control and do a session with more than 20...

Its greyed out and UN-checked. seems like the only way to un-grey it is to have multiple control units.

Im on pthd native. Now on the mixer window in pt I was able to bank faders via a presonus faderport. If and when I banked to tracks that were not visible on my screen, the screen would jump to those...

Let me get this right. To get 32 buffer i gotta keep my 002?

I need 32 buffer. Its all I've known. Im on a mac pro quad core 2.66. I was looking at maybe going with a alpha-link, madixtreme or rme madi card set up with pt9 instead of HD Native.

get ready to be told to check you plug in folders, drives, do a fresh install, read the trouble shooting guide, ram and everything else.

I had ZERO problems with 7.4.2
