A Pro Tools First license would either be on an iLok or the computer, so WiFi status shouldn't affect that. Pro Tools using iLok Cloud would be interrupted if you lose your internet connection, so...

Maybe you're looking at ilok.com in a browser? Launch the iLok License Manager app (Applications folder or from your Dock) and go to File > Close Your Cloud Session.
