The upgrade from 7 to 8 is seamless, and your libraries will continue to show up in K8, but the quick-load folders (if you've created any) will be lost. I have to set mine up from scratch each time....

You should see a Native Instruments tab in My Products (it's not listed under Pro Tools Ultimate). It's Pro Tools Factory Essentials. Kontakt 8 gets installed with that package. You'll also need to...
