I've spent a few hours trying to get this to work as well... and come to the conclusion that they're just not compatible... perhaps in the future?

Unless anyone has had luck with this issue?

I'm having the same problem... tried trashing prefs... and reinstalling... nothing. I'm unable to quit PT... Bombs the computer every time... All worked well with 7.1... Perhaps, I'll go back......
