Thanks for your reply... Not sure how these rates apply for US commercial usage. It's too bad, as I'm working on a package today that could benefit from some BG stuff like this.

We've been mixing to -24LKfs spec since mid-2011, when FOX started to reject non-compliant mixes.

We've been quite pleased with how they've been airing since. Literally no issues.

I've tried the Nugen, Mike, and quite liked it. Fact is, we have the Waves Mercury bundles on all our systems, so the WLM is certainly a more cost effective solution for us. Nasty as it is!

The pref was indeed checked, and it seems this coincided more with WLM usage than PT10 usage.
